What are the shipping times for your products?
It takes 1 to 2 days to process your order and then we deliver it to you :

I received a damaged article. What can I do?
Sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged article to the e-mail address: email@example.com and we will send you a similar replacement article as soon as possible.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with your invoice which we will send you by e-mail once you have made your purchase.
There are some situations in which a partial refund will only be made: (if applicable)

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only normal price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items for sale are not refundable.
